Operator Registration
The project is promoted by the Municipality of San Gavino Monreale and implemented through a DMS platform managed with the technical support of Sintur – Sinergie Turistiche.
The system aims to enhance and promote the local tourism offer, foster integration among local operators, and support the creation of tourism products and promotional-marketing activities.
To achieve these objectives, a DMS (Destination Management System) has been created
What is the DMS
The DMS (Destination Management System) is a mature and proven digital platform, already used by Italian and international DMOs, and represents an operational marketing tool for the promotion and commercialization of the tourism offer.
Who is it for?
- Accommodation facilities (hotels, B&Bs, farm stays, holiday villages, campsites, etc.) [1, 2]
- Catering and tourist services (restaurants, wine bars, beach clubs, experiential activities)
- Tour guides, tour leaders, tour operators [1]
- Managers of cultural sites and heritage assets
- Associations, consortia, CCNs (Town Center Management), event organizers
- Beach clubs
Objectives
- To create a dedicated, integrated, and sustainable tourism product.
- To launch a digital showcase, enhancing individual local businesses.
- To provide operators with concrete support for the management, promotion, and marketing of services.
- To make the tourism offer visible through interactive maps, detailed profiles, thematic itineraries, and dedicated packages.

Membership is free of charge during this phase of the project. Participating operators will have a dedicated digital showcase and will be able to take part in the promotional and training activities linked to the Visit San Gavino Monreale project.

Following receipt of the registration request and verification of the requirements, the applicant will be contacted by Sintur (the company in charge of activating the DMS for the Visit San Gavino Monreale project) to receive the access credentials for the reserved area, the user manuals, and to participate in training sessions for the independent use of the DMS.
