The Visit San Gavino Monreale project was created to enhance the territory’s cultural, environmental, and identity heritage through innovative Destination Management tools. The initiative, supported by the Municipality of San Gavino Monreale and funded through the GAL Campidano tender (Sardinia RDP 2014-2022), aims to transform the town into an organized and competitive tourist destination.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Activities implemented for the local area<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div>

The destination-building process involved the implementation of an operational plan structured around four key areas managed by Sintur:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Technical-Digital Area: Development of the DMS (Destination Management System) platform integrated with the tourism website, and creation of interactive maps to digitalize cycling itineraries and points of interest.<\/li>\n
  2. Area Contenuti:<\/span><\/strong> Produzione di testi originali, servizi fotografici e video emozionali<\/strong> dedicati a raccontare l’anima di San Gavino Monreale.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Communication Area: Launch of official social media channels to promote experiences and itineraries in target markets.<\/li>\n
  4. Coordination and Analysis: Census of local businesses, qualitative and quantitative analysis of tourist flows, and constant monitoring for territorial brand development.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

    In addition to the specific activities for San Gavino Monreale, the project adopts the Smart Destination Model, a strategic framework designed by Sintur Sinergie Turistiche for the revitalization of local territories. This model stands out for:<\/span><\/p>\n
